Texas Flood Relief

In the early morning of July 4th, 2015, a flash flood warning was issued in Kerr County, Texas. Within hours, the Guadalupe River rose more than 35 feet. Strong water currents swept away communities camping alongside the river, resulting in over 120 deaths statewide and approximately 160 individuals still missing as of Thursday, July 10th, 2015.

The Black 6 Project will be assisting in the recovery efforts by partnering with the disaster response team from Sheepdogs Impact Assistance, a fellow veteran-led non-profit based in Northwestern Arkansas. Together, we will provide support with debris removal, reconstruction, and medical aid.

To make our mission possible, we are seeking donations to help cover essential costs such as travel, specialized equipment, and crucial recovery supplies. Every contribution, no matter the size, directly supports our ability to provide critical aid to those affected by this devastating flood. Your generosity will make a tangible difference in the lives of the survivors and the affected communities.
